How can I see in Encompass which files came over from CV?

Add the field Loan Source to your pipeline view. CV files will show as POS - New File

How do I duplicate a loan file?

  1. Open loan in CV
  2. Navigate to the menu
  3. Select DUPLICATE LOAN in the far right hand column

My account is locked or I can’t remember my password, what do I do?

You will need to reach out to helpdesk@summitfunding.net and someone will be able to assist you by unlocking your account or changing your password.

I am having trouble updating the current employment to previous employment on a duplicated loan (or a loan that had the work number used on it). What do I do?

Sometimes the work number doesn’t report all employment back to cloud virga correctly. If a previous job comes in as a current job and the person has more than 2 years on that previous job, then Cloud Virga will not let you add additional employment (after all, why would you need more than 2 years)?

To get around this, change the starting date of the false current job to less than two years. That will allow you to add additional employment which can be labeled “previous” and then you can update the information.

My borrower had a typo in their email address, what do I do?

Or, my borrower realized they want to use a different address. What should I do?

Emails are found on the Personal Tab for each borrower and 1003:

To update this, you will click to “invite to complete a task online”.

Next, update and confirm the incorrect email. But, for online user, set it as No as below:

That will unlock the field so it can be edited:

Add the corrected email and set the user as an online user once again:

Make sure you click “Update Account”

From there, you can resend your secure links to the borrower.
